Solution Workbench > Install Solution is greyed out

Hello,

I am looking to import/install a .cab that we have built using Solution Workbench.

When I open Solution Workbench, I find that the “Install Solution” menu item is greyed-out.

I’d greatly appreciate any assistance to get me moving in the right direction.
