Solution needed for Subcontract and Multiple Sites

We have a scenario with two sites: SITE1 and SITE2.

  • Finished Product: A manufactured item with a subcontract operation and one material.
  • Material: Used in the BOM for the subcontract operation. Needs to:
    • Be purchased for subcontracting and delivered directly to SITE2.
    • Have stock held at SITE1 for use in other parts.

We want to do the following:

  1. Maintain minimum stock levels at SITE1.
  2. When stock at SITE1 falls below minimum:
  • MRP: Create a subcontract job on SITE1 with materials sourced from SITE2.
  • PO Suggestions: Generate at SITE2 to order and deliver materials to SITE2 if needed.
  • Subcontract PO: Created at SITE1 for the finished part.

Is there a way to configure Kinetic to handle this process automatically? Any advice or solutions are appreciated!
