We experienced the major slow down in performance earlier in the year following the Windows Updates situation. We applied the temporary patch that was released by Microsoft to all our users and this was fixed it perfectly as far as we could see. However recent Windows updates seemed to have slowed it down again, anyone else experiencing this? Anybody found a way to fix it? Seems like the official fix from Microsoft is due imminently anyhow but it’s a bit frustrating for it to have slowed down again 
We applied the MS update KB5003537 and it seems to have helped so far for the slowness. (we have 21H1 windows version)

In the last 2 weeks (since start of November '22) we have had Runtime Dashboards take much longer to open (before data is actually retrieved… up to 4 minutes), but not all users, is this Windows Update situation still present?
