We recently upgraded from 10.1 to 10.2.400. We have one data directive that is bogging down performance in the new environment. In short, the directive looks for a box to be checked and then triggers to the auto-print of 2 bartender reports for shipping. The structure looks like this:
The directive worked great in our 10.1 environment but now we are having issues. We are able to trigger the directive the first time with no issue. But, still in “Customer Shipment Entry” - when we move to the next packslip and try to trigger the directive a 2nd time for the next record, we get the “Epicor is not responding” error, or a it just freezes and user has to log out and back in.
Does it look like this could be a memory issue, running both a process and reports simultaneously? Our old server was beefier than the new one which leaves me worried.
Can anyone give me any feedback on how I can troubleshoot this issue?
