Slow Cloud Based performance

Good morning all,

We are Epicor hosted Cloud DT. We have a 3rd party providing our Internet service , WIFI( in blg) and Data Storage (spreadsheets, documents etc. ) . In the last week I have noticed that the execution times on various trackers( and Entry screens) have been all over the board. Part tracker will have execution times(GetByID) from 3000ms to almost 110,000 ms. All across the board it(Epicor) was slow ( believe me, some of the users let me know often) , then 10 minutes later it was fine. I am currently working through a EpiCare case and I got them the trace logs of the slow times. Now they need “More Information”, Logs at time of incident, when back to acceptable level and then 30- min after “normal” times. Has anyone else gone through these inconsistencies ?

I have timed part tracker taking up to 2 min to open a part number, then 10 min later it opens in 10 sec. I have logged out of epicor, logged back in( no change)

Frustrated but hanging in there

The inconsistency leads me to believe its a network issue (now on their side or yours is the question)

Hello Jose
Internet speed test of 500-700mps, clips along ok. I,ve actually seen time phase respond fairly well at 250-300 mps…

Dean…

If I can believe the Spectrum Speed test results that is…

Yeah but you could be having intermittent issue where things drop or slow down from time to time hence the inconsistency.

I have gone as far to test the Internet speet test while running the trace, speeds good… 500 mps is good right ??

For all of you curious minds, We made the Epicor Cloud Status News…

Was Up, Now is degraded again…

Guess I can mark as Solution ?? ( Forum Solution, Not Epicor Solution… :astonished:
