I figured it out, set RetrieveOnActivate to false.

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
I've added the epicombo from the toolbox. I've populated the epiStaticDataList with about 10 items. I've bound the data to the Character20 field of the Quote Header table. When I run Quote Entry, the combobox is disabled. It shows enabled on the custom properties. I thought this would be a really easy thing to do. Any ideas?
Jeffery,

Did you change the EpiKeyField property to True?

Linda

It was set to false. I set it to true. No difference. The comboBox looks enabled until I click on it, then it becomes disabled before showing any of the items in the list.

This also happens on a comboBox without any fields in the epiStaticDataList.

I placed a textbox on the form to test, it works correctly.

Hi Jeffery,

Did you exit out of Vantage after making the change?

Linda,

I did exit EPICOR 9 but it did not help.

I also added a comboBox on the Summary sheet. I added 1,2,3,4 as seperate lines in the epiStaticDataList but did not bind it to anything. I set the EpiKeyfield to true. Saved. Exited EPICOR. Restarted. This comboBox disables when I click on it as well.

Did you ever find a fix for this? Running into the same problem.
