We are on 8.03.405. We have a couple of part numbers that require Expiration Dates to be entered. We receive regular shipments on these and now have well over 100 lots entered into our system. The problem is that when the receiving department goes to Lot Number Entry from the Stock Tab of Receiving entry only the first 100 lot numbers. They are needing to enter the Expiration Date for a lot number that is much further down the list but being it doesn't show up they can't. They have to have someone else with access go into the Part Entry and maintain the Expiration Date there. We do not want to give our Receiving Personnel access to Part Entry. How can we get the Lot Number Entry program to display all available lots instead of just the first 100?
