With our planned upgrade from 10.0 to 10.2.300, we’re starting to look at the ShopVision executive dashboards. In the help file, Epicor gives suggestions on how often to refresh them (once a day, every 4 hours, etc…). They are set up as Process Sets already.
Do you use them?
How do you handle the refreshes?
Should I run them all at the same time with a recurring task in the System Agent (with all the process sets added to a system agent schedule time)?
Do I build a monster process set that steps through each one sequentially?
Should it be done off-hours? Thanks!
