ShopVision Process Set does not finish, it cancels after 9 hours

Our purchasing manager wants to see what the Shop Vision supplier performance looked like, so I tried to run the process set to build that cube. It hasn’t been run in probable 5-10 years or more, so when it ran, it cancelled itself after 9 hours. Our server support says our timeouts in the web.config are set to 50 something hours, and they said we have to increase the BAQ timeout parameters. The increased the BAQ Query timeout on the application server to 43200 seconds (12 hours) but I am not sure if that is the correct spot, since I do not think the cube build process is actually a BAQ, except for pulling in the built data afterwards. All zSV* BAQ’s I saw were just for returning rows form the cube data.

Any thoughts on what might be needed to get this running successfully?

I have tried this several times with support and never got any results. They basically said that those things don’t work. I stopped trying to use them. I was told to check out the Scheduled Shipments Report, which delivers similar information without needing to run those cubes.
