Shop load capacity report

When I run the Shop Load report. every Resource Group has the correct amount of hours except one. IF I have 4 resources in a group I should in theory have 400 hours, if my schedule is set to 20 hours per day, for a capacity.

I have a resource group that has 9 resources but only has a capacity of 100 hours. When I look at these resource and compare them to other resources and resource groups I do no t see a difference.

Can somebody give me a hint as to where to look.

Did you run Generate Shop Capacity Process after you made those changes?

I cannot find it. I probably do not have permission. I have forward it to my administrator.

I talked to our administrator and we ran the Generate Shop Capacity Report and it did fix my problem. Thank you for you help
