I ran these reports on 5/30 and looked a few weeks out. This is looking at the MULTI resource group which has two resources Multi-1 and Multi-5. Each have a daily capacity of 10 hours.

- BAQ shows 28.69 hours total, it is overloading Multi-5 by 8.69 hours.
- OOTB report shows 18.69

- BAQ shows 30 hours total, overloading Multi-5 by 10 hours
- OOTB report shows 20 hours
- 6/12
- BAQ shows 23.76 hours, overloading Multi-5 by 3.76 hours
- OOTB report shows 20 hours
- 6/13
- BAQ shows 30 hours total, overloading Multi-5 by 10 hours
- OOTB report shows 20 hours
- 6/14
- BAQ shows 30 hours total, overloading Multi-5 by 10 hours
- OOTB report shows 20 hours
My confusion here is that the mismatch isn’t always consistent with the difference in the overloaded hours. 6/10 the overload is 8.69 but the mismatch is 10 hours. I’m guessing (but need help) that “Inform of Overload” on the Resource Group Maintenance and Overload Horizon on the Site Maintenance have to do with this, but I’m struggling to find sufficient information from the user guide or otherwise to help.
While messing around with this I realize I messed up with the capacity numbers, I figured out how to fix that using the generate shop capacity function, but again if anyone has more information there it would be greatly appreciated.
