Jasper-I don't know what version of Vantage you are using (we use 8.00.809)but yes the Shipping Clerk can query up Jobs ready to Ship and create packing slips for them. Using ORder Tracker or Job Tracker you can also see what has been complete.This also depends if you've set up the ability to ship from a job or ship from an Order.
In Customer Shipment Entry you should be able to query up orders or jobs marked ready to ship.
