Customer support says it’s a hardware issue which doesn’t make any sense to me.
Here is the issue:
- We are using quickship.
- It prints fedex labels without issue.
- We also use SpeeDee. With SpeeDee it prints 2 generic labels and 2 custom labels specific to SpeeDee.
- We only want it to print the custom speedee label. And just 1. Not 2.
- In total for 1 label it prints 4, 2 generic, 2 custom.
- The sales order has 1 line on the order
- When I remove the custom label design from SpeeDee and let it print the generic label, it prints 2 generic labels.
What could cause this to print 2 labels? Like I said, Fedex doesn’t have this problem.
