In our Ship Via Master File, we record the customer's collect shipping acct
if they have one. Then shipping will have the # in front of them for
shipping. This # prints out on the Job Traveler and/or the picklist. In
several instances, this # has been pulled from a different customer's
account. I have researched this and can find no reason for it to pull from
the wrong customer. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks in advance
for any help. (We are on 5.2 and soon will be going to 6.1).
