We are testing using the One-time ship to on sales orders, but when we used it & did the customer shipment it didn’t pull thru the Ship Via from the sales orders. Has anyone else had this problem or a solution of what we might be missed?
our ship via’s has always come through when using one time ship to addresses, however we had an issue where we were not able to create a pack id in Customer Shipment Entry pack out tab. For that issue we received SCR 132091. Just in case you run across the same issue in your testing. We are currently on 9.05.702.
I know there were several bugs like this in 700C, but we saw great improvements once we updated to 702A, especially in AMM.
