When we print Shipping labels from Customer Shipment Entry, if there are one or two line items, it prints one label as we expect. But if there are more than two lines in the shipment, it prints multiple labels.
Labels are a pain in the arse.

Did you customized the SSRS report (label)? If so make sure the entire report fits inside the report area.

I now realize why it is printing extra labels. The Standard SSRS report prints one label per part number. We don’t want that - just one label for the box. Is there a setting in Epicor for this? Surely not everyone wants a separate label for each part.
This used to be set with the PACKAGES field. I believe on E10 that the field is hidden so you’ll need to make the field visible and add it to the pack line.
We’re using Bartender now so hopefully someone else can confirm.
