What we ended up doing is setting different calendars and shifts for each plant. The calendar is at the plant level, the shift is at the employee level. We set the working hours in the calendar to reflect total hours (e.g.: One of our plants has 2 paid breaks plus time allowed for getting to machine and cleaning up. I just set 7 working hours in the plant calendar.). If anyone has a better way I’d love to hear it!
