There are several log files in my MSSQL\DATA folder. One of them is 49 gig. But only one of them is dated recently. I asked Epicor support if I cn delete them. He first said, “Yes, but they will be recreated.” He then recanted after putting me on hold and said, “No you should not delete them.”
They are named EpicorSSRS_log.ldf and the large one is EpicorSSRSa_Log.ldf and is dated 9/14/2017. Any thoughts on deleting the older ones?

Do you have a SQL database within SQL named EpicorSSRS? If so, go into the properties of that database and set the recovery model to SIMPLE, then right-click > Tasks > Shrink > Files and select the transaction log to shrink it. Then, go back into properties and make sure that the initial size of the LDF file is set to something reasonable-2GB. If you would like step by step I can post more complete steps when I am back in the office (at the WI EUG at the moment)
You only need the LOG file you are planning to do a database restore. Its not necessary for the SSRS database since its mostly just a staging area for your report to be printed. I would change the SSRS database to simple mode than you will not have much data in your log file.
