It there is functionality in Epicor 10 where Setup hour Can always be x1 Qty instead of Production qty, I know LOT Size is solution, but not all our products have lot sizes ,
if we can fix that all the setup hours will be multiplied with Qty 1 , that will help Thanks
Setup hours should always be calculated x1, never multiplied by quantity. Additional setup hours can be added at specified quantity breaks, but this is optional.
Can you show an example where your setup hours are being multiplied?
The only time that setup is multiplied is if you set the costing lot size to 1… if you leave it at zero, then it will assume one setup.
