Setting finite horizon at site level

Trying to establish a finite horizon at the site level that is lower than the finite horizon at the resource level.
The technical references indicate that when this exists, the finite horizon at the site level will take precedent.
The issue is, when we try to change it at the site level, we are prevented with an error that says “Resource horizon is less than site horizon” (or something to that effect).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

If you are trying to set the finite horizon at the site level, why not set the resource horizon to 0?

The idea was to not have to edit every resource. Just not sure why I’m prevented from changing it at the site level, per the snip, that should be allowable. Also, according to the snip, having a site value greater than the resource value will result in the resource value being used.

I agree. Could be a bug.

Exactly what I feared. Great. Now I wonder if the heirarchy works as shown.
