Did you look at these fields? I believe if the TimeStatus is A then the SubmittedBy will be your approver
Unfortunately, even when the TimeStatus is A the SubmittedBy is still showing the employee who entered the time.
Not sure why you are not getting the approval user. You can see in the screenshot (1) below that the shopuser logged in as employee BJSMITH and reported time. Then Manager logged in and Approved the time in screenshot 2. The BAQ next to each shows the SubmittedBy field update.
I must have something setup incorrectly, then, because mine all show status approved and submitted by the employee. I don’t know what it would be. Approvals are required and appear to be working correctly, but I the submitted by is always showing the employee, not the supervisor, even after the time has been approved.
