Set hot key as customization

Bingo. Yeah, OK. Thanks! I didn't even think about logging in as "x" user

I think if you make the changes in a personalization then you make a
customization on top of it, they will stick

For example, on Cust Ship Entry... F2 to create a new pack and F3 to create
a new line?



Or, do I just need to do this on everyone's client?
