Service Connect Training

I’ve used Encompass for SC training; request Cathlene Fishman.  She’s an ex Epicor employee that basically gave birth to SC.  Top notch.

Good afternoon all,

We are live on 9.05.702a for about 2 months and we we just getting started with Service Connect. We are looking at options for training right now, any help would be appreciated. If you know of someone who could provide training via remote sessions I would appreciate an offline response.

Kind Regards,

Abe

I might be turning you in the wrong direction, BUT  . . . I thought you can get the notes/PowerPoint/possible videos from the Insights’ presentations.  There is an Epicor handbook for Service Connect also.  I would start with those.  If you are not familiar with Data Dictionary or tracing inside of Epicor9 then that is also something you want to get familiar with before you start.

My personal opinion is that you don’t need any “training”, IF you get the book.
