Server Side Exception When Receiving PO

We have a user who receives a server side exception error when trying to receive a PO. I have included a screen shot and any help is appreciated. I have no idea what this is saying.

Try deleting any Personalizations on this user for that command. You can use the Customization Maintenance command.

IF another user can receive it without a problem, follow @Mark_Wonsil s advice. You can use Personalization Purge to do this as well.

Where or how do I perform customization maintenance commands or personalization purges?

Mark and Utah,

I have found where I can do the Personalization Purge and Customization maintenance, but had a question. If these are purged, does it change the way their screen will appear when they go into that menu item. For instance, this user is trying to receive a PO via receipt entry; if I purge this, does it rebuild it upon them signing back in? What are the repercussions of doing this?

@clocknane the personalization purge lists all personalizations in different areas of Epicor by user. For example if I open up Receipt entry and drag tabs around and re-organize the layout, I can save that and then it will create a personalizaiton entry under my user. Hot Keys are another example of personalization if I am not mistaken. When you purge these, you are setting the form back to the base layout (which could be a custom form layout depending on whether or not you have a customization applied via menu maintenance).

Does this all sound right @Mark_Wonsil ? Maybe you were talking about something else and I misunderstood.

@clocknane try it out in your test environment or on your user.

If they moved/resized any columns, hot keys, etc. that would be lost but the overall Epicor functionality would remain in tact.
