That usually happens when the user exceeds the timeout for their license session. Since this is cloud likely Epicor has a 5 min tolerance, or the user session is stuck.
You could place a case with Epicor cloud support to clear that session from the Application server.
Also if the user is trying to log in using MES and Client version and they are not allowed to have multiple sessions (at user security)
We’ve been having the same error since the update. Seems to be random and happens when the user doesn’t log out when leaving for the day. If they log out at the end of the day, they don’t have the pop-up
