Is there a way to track serial numbers for WIP. I want to be able to log who worked on what serial number of a part. We have jobs for 15 but each of the 15 is its own serial number and I need to know who worked on what serial number.
I see there is an option for SN in MES but its greyed out. Site Config is set to full serial tracking and the part is flagged as serial tracked.
When you create the BOO for the MOM for the finished part, there is a checkbox on the Operation in Engineering Workbench for “Serial Numbers Required From This Operation”. If that is selected, the operator will have to enter the serial numbers when they clock out of the operation.
