We have a SN that was re-returned, and we received a report it can’t be received in as the SN has a status of WIP. It looks like on the prior RMA when it was returned steps in the process must have been missed to mark this as returned to the customer. Any recommendations on how we can show it is here now for a different RMA?
I’m thinking we should probably finish the process that was missed and pretend to ship it in Epicor. Then start the process to receive it in via the new RMA but don’t know if there is a better way(e.g. could we just change the status to something else so we can receive it in?) to do this or if there is anything wrong with this approach.
