Serial Number for Part

We found part xxx has on hand qty. In the Area Shipping and it is a serial number tracked part, but when we want to ship out the part there is no serial number available. How to fix this.

Do you know what the serial number is? If so, search for it in serial number maintenance/tracker, where doe’s it say its showing?

One simple issue could be that you are not selecting the Warehouse / Bin when shipping. Depending on where you are searching for the part, the default Warehouse / Bin often shows first, which may not be where the serial is.

If that is not the issue, it could be that the part is already allocated to an order or shipment.
