In Send Email task,
Is there any way to specify the from Email address?
By default the from Email address is workflow-ecm-cloud@docstar.com
No, I have asked the same question to the consultant. I have to teach all users to check their email in Junk folder and mark those email as Not Junk.
I would suggest contacting ECM Support to see if they can change it for you. For OnPrem installations you have this in your control, but with Cloud configurations you will need to work with ECM Support on some things.

We are on-prem and you can define it as a global setting.
It might be useful to make it definable in the workflow though. I already have an Epicor Ideas entry to be able to add CC and BCC perhaps you could add from address to this also?
