This seems to have been asked before but didn’t seem to have a resolution. When we check out a part in the Engineering Workbench it always pre-selects the oldest revision first. This is the same in Method Tracker, Part Tracker etc.
Doesn’t seem to be any system flag that drives this and changing the sort order on the screens doesn’t have any impact and the approved status has no impact - it always takes the first revision.
Is there any way for it to be set up so it pre-selects the most recent?
If there is nothing out of the box has anyone managed to do anything with a bpm or code that they are willing to share that would drive these screens to default to the latest revision.
We are on version 10.0.7.4
