On the search dialogs (either base search or quick search), for criteria with a dropdown list - Is it possible to add a filter to the dropdown list values somehow?
Eg for PO search, for the Buyer ID field, is it possible to filter out the inactive buyers?
Instead of users having to scroll through the list of dozens of long inactive buyers.

You can’t filter the list of values in the base search box, but you can setup a named search with a BAQ. Then set the filter inside the BAQ. You can set any criteria you want, including inactive buyers. Create the BAQ first, and go to the BAQ Search tab in the BAQ editor. Add in the BuyerID field here in the “Like” columns. Save the BAQ. Now click the PO search button on whatever form you are using it from. Click on Named Search. Create a new named search, change the Search Type to BAQ Search. Select your BAQ, and you should be all set!
