Is it possible to always “Return All Rows” in a search? We are always manually checking this box…
Also, is it possible to set defaults under the search criteria fields, such as Customer Type?

Using a named search you can create one that will set the customer type and return all rows.
(Named searches BTW are not available in new Kinetic UI)
You can also create a quick search that will bring back all rows.
Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for!
Hi Bruce,
I created a QuickSearch to return all BPM’s in one screen (got tired of clicking 'search by directives, search, sort by BO, and scrolling down to the BO I needed, or trial and error to find the name of the one…), but it still gets clipped at 100 rows. How do you set it to return all rows, by default, when you want to see everything?
Also, can you default Method Directives to open with the Search Window open, and eliminate the need to click on the ‘Method Code…’ button every time?
@askulte - sorry it took me a while to get back to you…
Setup the Named Search to do what you want.
Here’s the screen shots.
Create a named search
Set to auto execute, default and return all rows.
Tools - options
Next time you open methods - this will happen…
Thanks, Bruce. I’ll give that a try too!
