Scrolling while customizing a form

Yeah I had a long scrolling window I had to do once and I ended up aligning the first few controls and then just doing +20 on the location for all the rest of them it was painful

Does anyone know how to scroll down a form screen while in customization mode? The scroll bars are disabled and I need to move down on the form. I am currently unable to access part of the screen.
