We’re on E10 - currently, for items which are on a long lead time from specific suppliers, we use forecasting spreadsheets outside of Epicor to predict our monthly requirements. For some suppliers, our agreement is just to place one order at the beginning of each month. I want to add forecast to Epicor and use the PO suggestions to increase efficiencies.
I understand how to add a forecast to Epicor, but what I am unclear on is how to avoid getting purchase order suggestions as and when we go below our minimum on-hand quantity rather than just once at the beginning of the month?
Any help would be much appreciated,
