Same search returns different results for different users after testing BAQ search

When user the fulfillment workbench with user 1 going into Orders then search, also leaving all settings as they are, and pressing on search I get 18 rows returned. With user 2 and exactly the same steps returns 0 rows. I was trying to modify the default search settings for all users earlier but once the report was not returning the required fields I deleted the BAQ search.

Sounds like the second user doesn’t have access to the customers/ territories that the first user does.
Here are some options:
Add the second user as an authorized user to all their needed work force.
Remove them as an authorized user from all the work force entries. (If they aren’t authorized for anyone they should have full visibility.
Add them as an authorized user to a work force that can view all territories.
Uncheck territory security on sales orders in company config.

Looks like the issue has righted itself with no changes made. I’m guessing something may have been restarted on our test server to solve this.
