I believe it began with 5.1... the salesperson is in a separate table linked
to quotehead, it's called QSalesRP table - they changed this to allow you to
have multiple salespersons linked to a quote.

using Vantage 3.32, we had changed the salesperson on a few
customers in January , however when running a commision
report the customers do not appear on the new sales persons
commision report and still appear on the old salespersons
report. Any ideas how to resolve this?

I believe I have been down this road before. Check the Sales Orders. They
will remember the original sales person. You may have to go into the orders
and change them there as well.

If not it may be still linked to the part or the customer master.
Unfortunately Vantage has a great memory with its customer/part'order
relationships.

We're on 5.0, but here is a summary of a recent call to Epicor:

Customer Maintenance, changed the saleperson, added an SO and it still
reflects the old salesperson. Went back into Customer Maintenance
and found the old saleperson was still on the Ship To that had
been chosen in Order Entry.
