Sales Territory

As I understand it, Vantage automatically assigns salespeople by when
hitting the Get Territory button in the Customer record as long as
the information is set up Sales Territory. I believe this is
strictly a geographical assignment; i.e. by State and Zip Code.

If we have 4 salespeople for, let's say, Chicago, Illinois - Zip Code
60651 and only the Product Group determines who the salesperson
actually is, is there any way for Vantage to automatically assign the
salesperson or does every Customer need to have the salesperson
manually entered?
