Sales territory, Primary salesperson change, "push" down to cust

Hi Virginia . Try it in Pilot. The salesperson gets updated on the customer
master once you post.

I agree, this would make sense, but when you click on the reassign button,
the window is labeled Reassign Opportunities/Quotes and your specific
options are to effect open Opportunities/Quotes and to reassign open tasks.
There is no mention of master customer files.

Thanks,
Virginia

Vantage 6.1 - In the CRM module, we have changed the primary salesperson for a specific sales territory, in sales territory maintenance. When you look at the customer recors, this change has not effected the customer records. Is there a utility I can run so that the customer records will reflect the change in the primary salesperson?

Isn't this the Reassign process on the Salespersons tab, in the Sales
Territory screen?
