Sales Order Tracker odd behavior

Hi all,

We are using Vantage 8.03.305d and recently have a problem in Sales
Order Tracker.

It sometimes receives a different job number.

I called Epicor for support but they still haven't figured out solution
yet

Please advice it anyone got this same problem

We had a similar problem with forms running in full screen mode.

We resized the form view to approx 2/3 the screen size and all was OK.

I don't know why this is, but it did the trick.

Hi all,

Can anyone help me on this issue appeared on Sales Order Tracker.

A user at my company sometimes can not see the job number in Sales Order
Tracker although others can see it.

However if she closes this SO Tracker and re-opens it again with the
same sales order number, she is able to see it in there.

I called Epicor for support but they still haven't figure out the
solution yet

Please advice it anyone got this same problem

We're using Terminal Server for all Vantage 8.03 SQL clients. What are
the pros/cons of emailing POs/Quotes/Orders by:

1. Printing to a .pdf file on a shared directory and emailing from the
user's desktop.

2. Installing fat Outlook on Terminal Server so the user's contacts are
there.

3. Using Advanced Print Management module.

Maybe a big con for #2: MS has changed their licensing scheme for
Outlook. So depending on the version of Outlook, you may have to
purchase an Outlook license for each user on the TS, even if they don't
use the software.
