What status does a sales order need to be in order for the SO Pick List to be able to print preview? Also what is the date range referencing in the Report Options selections? I can’t seem to get any SO Pick List to print preview correctly with the error message “No Records Selected”. I’ve tried selecting on the specific SO with a wide open date range also.
I believe the dates are for the SO Release Ship by (or Need By?) date.

What do you mean by status? An Order is either Open or Closed and it should be Open to print a Pick List. I mean it should have an Open Release with a date that falls between your report data criteria.
Can you still print the pick list if the order has already been picked or shipped?
I doubt you can print one if it’s been picked or shipped - but I don’t know for sure.
Is there a way to know the SO has been picked?
You can but It only shows the Open Lines on the order. Unless you customize the SSRS report.

Do you use the fulfillment workbench? I think you can see picked/picking quantities in there as well. We don’t use it so I cannot speak to its full functionality.
SO Pick List is sensitive.
