Sales Order Header Misc Charge (BPM AutoAdd MiscCharge at Order Creation)

I would like to create a BPM that will automatically add a particular MiscCharge to the Order Header at order creation.

Are there any help documents out there that would help me through this process?
I did the Trace, but all the methods I have tried did not work as expected.
