We have one order with one ship to address that the same as the sold to. I cannot say if someone previously entered any other one time ship to addresses or not. The Sales Order Acknowledgement report is printing the ship to on each line as if there were multiple addresses. Anyone know how to fix this or is there a hidden one time ship to address. Maybe I am not looking into all the areas where this can be changed.
Did you check all of the releases to make sure one of them did not have another address?
No additional addresses on the releases.
Did you find a solution to this? We just encountered this and are puzzled at how to resolve it.
Make sure all releases have the same Customer/Ship-To. If even one has a something different in the One Time Ship To grid… it will force this behavior. (even closed/voided releases)
