What opens up this tab of part maintenance ? Its greyed out for me. I assume its a license.

@Craig I have this module and it works like the EU with a declaration of the bad components by used for paying fees. It was too much upkeep for us, so we went with a simple yes/no/unknown for RoHS compliant on components that I rollup to the assembly.
