Is there a way to stop having a report run when a user opens Epicor?
User somehow has a Sales Order Acknowledgment running when they open Epicor. This prints the form and emails the customer. This has been happening for a week and now they want it to stop.
Kind of stuck on where to look?

Maybe in system agent tasks…print inadvertently checked as “recurring”?

Got more information from the user.
It happens when they print Sales Order. Its like printing the old one and the new one each time.

OK, scratch the scheduled task idea.
SOA has an order select when you click print…is it somehow saved as a default? If so, remove…
