RMA Processing - Serial Number Not Appearing

Hi All,

This might be a case for EpiSupport but maybe someone has ran into this before and wouldn’t mind sharing how they resolved it.

We have a normal shipment but it needs to be RMA’d but unable to select the serial number within the RMA Processing Window.

Any ideas why it would do this?

Serial Number Maintenance has all of the relevant information. The job is correct but it doesn’t seem to want to show up.

What I do in other scenarios is to type the serial number directly into that bottom text field and click Select and it will give an error as to why you cannot use that serial.
