Does anyone know the logic behind when adding a Credit Memo is disallowed? We have an RMA where a credit memo can’t be created. My theory is closing it and trying to re-open it is the problem, but I have no real idea. Field and Application help weren’t that helpful.
Did you find a solution to this? I know of one scenario but my users are currently running into the same issue without an existing CM.
One scenario:
You are unable to add a Credit Memo for RMAs that already have a credit memo submitted. You may process an adjustment to the existing credit memo if it has not been posted but the credit memo button will still be grayed out. If the existing credit memo has been posted, you will only have the option to add a correction invoice.
