Right Click Open With Kinetic

in our test version of 10.2.700.14. We are trying to create a new dashboard Kinetic for looking parts and jobs but i am unable to right click on the part number and open with Time Phase or Part Entry, No ability in this dashboard. What do I need to get around that. Or is not possible in this version.

The right click was not available at 10.2, but is available in 11.x.

Wish mine looked like that 11.1.200 here
