Right Click Customization

I think it is throught the Context Menu Maintenance under System
Management->Utilities

I can't remember how. SubMenu Maintenance...CallingFrom etc etc..

I talked to tech support about this last year. They told me I'd have to
modify the source code if I wanted to add right click or main menu
items.

process ID OMMT3001 found in context menu maintenance which equates to Sales Management > Order Management > General Operations > Sales Order Entry menu item.

After setting customization in menu maintenence did you (or user) log out of vantage and back in to reload menu cache in memory?
