No on the (responded to) RFQ. They are only a mechanism to set up supplier-part pricing (qty break if given) and effective/discontinue dating of that pricing. It is not a request for delivery/availability.

Yes on the Requisition (unless parts on the requisition are flagged to require an RFQ - then you are kind of short circuiting the Req to PO path).
