Does Epicor create a new demand for a job on previous operations if, let’s say, the final operation scraps a unit? Will that job reappear in the Work Queue, at the very first operation, with a demand for 1 more piece? If not, how could we make it do so?

MRP will suggest to make a new Job for the shortage qty, if you set and run the Yield Process

you need to run Yield process to change your production quantity from the original quantity to the running quantity, this process will correct your WIP, however as @Banderson and others said if you do not have anything pending in Inspection you can close the job with no problem, and you do not need to do that for each operation. [image] Note: certain flags need to be ticked at Site, Operation, Job Record to capture the operation scrap.

it will correct similar cases in the future if you flag the required tick boxes, i have tested it many times, you just need to flag the yield tick boxes before create scrap transactions [image] [image] [image]

Ah, okay. Thank you! Right now we’re looking into automating our AR, AP and intercompany transactions using DocStar. If we could centralize these areas and automate this process as well, that’d be awesome!
